By accessing or using the Wild Harvest Co. website ("Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Products and Services

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our Site are accurate, complete, or error-free. Natural products may vary slightly in appearance, texture, and taste between batches.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. Due to the nature of our small-batch, artisan production, quantities are limited and products may sell out. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

Halal Certification

Our products are prepared according to Islamic dietary laws and are halal. We maintain documentation of our halal certification and make it available upon request.

Pre-Orders and Payments

Pre-Order Process

Pre-orders reserve your allocation from upcoming batches. No payment is required at the time of pre-order. Payment is collected when your order is ready to ship. We will contact you via email to confirm and collect payment.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before payment is collected. Once payment is processed, cancellations are subject to our refund policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Information page for details on shipping methods, costs, and delivery times. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wild Harvest Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
