Our Promise
At Wild Harvest, we stand behind every piece of jerky that leaves our facility. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right. Our commitment to quality extends beyond production—it includes your complete satisfaction as a customer.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your Wild Harvest jerky for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will:
- Send a replacement order at no charge, or
- Provide a full refund of your purchase price
No questions asked. We trust our customers and we trust our product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost
Please do not discard damaged products until we confirm we don't need them returned for quality analysis.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Before payment: Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before payment is collected. Simply email us at orders@wildharvest.co with your cancellation request.
After payment: If you need to cancel after payment has been processed but before shipping, we will provide a full refund minus any payment processing fees (typically 3%).
After shipping: Once your order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies.
Return Process
To request a refund or replacement:
- Email orders@wildharvest.co with your order number
- Briefly describe the issue (optional but helpful)
- Indicate whether you prefer a replacement or refund
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps
In most cases, you will not need to return the product. We may request photos for quality control purposes.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Replacement orders ship within 1-2 business days of approval
Exceptions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Products that have been opened and consumed beyond a reasonable taste test
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Products that were not stored according to our recommendations
- Shipping delays caused by carrier issues or weather (we will work with you on solutions)
International Orders
For international orders, the same refund policy applies. However, please note that we cannot refund customs duties, taxes, or import fees. In cases of return shipping, customers are responsible for international shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.
